This cut dates to 19^th century Central European patterns; but the simple, vertical elongated panels give it a contemporary flair.

The ring around the glass is achieved by a laborious process of carving intersecting vertical and horizontal wheel cuts. The band gives the glass a wonderful texture and grip. The deep cuts give it a visual density and refract lighting beautifully. As all our glasses this one carries a substantial weight and sits nicely in your hand.
