Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

We are happy to offer an exchange for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, and finish are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.
